Haul #2 | Garnier Ultimate Blends and Kiss No More Cuticles

This weekend I’ve decided to do some shopping:

Garnier Ultimate Blends Wonderful Oil

            For a long time, I felt very tempted to purchase this oil from Garnier. I’ve heard good thing about it and the smell is wonderful! Due to the product being on sale I decided to try it.

This hair oil contains argan oil and camellia which confers nutritional properties to the hair. It is also multipurpose, depending on the way you use it: Before brushing (nourishes, protects, smooths and facilitates combing); with dry hair (nourishes, softens and adds shine) and is also recommended to add 2-3 drops to the normal conditioner or hair mask .

Kiss No More Cuticles

A cuticle remover is an essential product for every manicure or pedicure.

Although I never heard of the brand, I decided to buy this because it is a safe and gentle remover. According to the brand, this dissolves dry cuticles in 15 seconds. I admit that I was curious so I already tried it! I was quite impressed because it’s very effective and leaves the skin really smooth. You should try it!

Garnier Ultra Suave Óleo Maravilhoso (8,49€ com 25% desconto imediato = 6,36€/150ml - Continente)

            Há algum tempo que me sentia tentada a adquirir este óleo da Garnier. Além de já ter ouvido falar bem dele, o cheiro é maravilhoso! Como o produto estava em promoção decidi experimentar.

Este óleo capilar contém óleo de argão e de camélia que conferem propriedades nutritivas ao cabelo. É também multifunções, consoante o momento em que se utiliza: antes do brushing (nutre, protege, amacia e facilita o pentear); com cabelo seco (nutre, amacia e dá brilho) e é também aconselhado adicionar 2 a 3 gotas ao amaciador ou máscara normal do cabelo.

Kiss No More Cuticles (7,65€ - Pluricosmética)

            Um removedor de cutículas é um produto essencial que faz parte de qualquer manicure ou pedicure.

Embora nunca tenha ouvido falar da marca, decidi comprar este devido a ser um removedor seguro e suave. Segundo a marca, este dissolve cutículas secas em apenas 15 segundos. Admito que tive curiosidade e já o experimentei! Fiquei bastante impressionada pois é muito eficaz e deixa a pele suave. Aconselho experimentar!

Everyday make up routine

On my everyday make up routine, I like to enhance my skin by making it look more healthy and glowing.

            I use five products to accomplish that:

Mac Pro Longwear Concealer – NC15 (18,50€)

This is, without a doubt, the best concealer I have ever used! You only need to apply a small amount on your dark circles and they disappear almost completely.

            It also lasts a long time on your skin! Unless you remove it with intention, it won’t budge.

            I advise you to use your fingers to apply it because they are warm, which makes it easier to spread. For more coverage, tap the product in your skin instead of spreading it.   

Its only problem is that it’s very difficult to get a small amount of product every time you press the pump. Because of that, in the store they gave me a small container making it easier to get less product on your finger.

bareMinerals ORIGINAL – medium C25 (25,94€-feelunique)

This brand has one of the best mineral powders I have ever tried. Its formula makes it look like you have nothing on your skin while it covers every imperfection without the need of chemicals that our skin doesn’t need. It makes the skin glow and healthy without appearing oily.

If you apply a small amount, it covers only the small imperfections, but when you built it up, it can cover almost everything! Usually, when I have a pimple, I apply a little bit of concealer and powder which hides it completely.

Maybeline blush – pink amber (6,63€ - feelunique)

On an everyday basis, I like to wear a blush with a natural finish. This one is ideal for that because it’s a light pink with very little shimmer. Since it is so sheer, you can apply several layers that it still looks natural.

            If you love more of a bronzy look, use a peach blush.

Oriflame 2FX MASCARA (9,95€)

This mascara has 2 brushes, one of them is very thin for a more discreet look and the other is fatter for more volume.

            One of the ways to use it is by applying the mascara first with the bigger brush and then with the smaller brush to separate the lashes and take off the excess.

            Although, I prefer to use the small brush for an everyday basis.

Maybelline Baby Lips – pink punch

This is the lip balm that I have been wearing more recently. Although it doesn’t hydrate your lips as well as others lip balms, the color that gives to your lips is a perfect light pink! That way, I am applying some color to my lips without drying them, like other lipsticks do.
